"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it.
The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not...
"It feels more like a restaurant with some rooms as opposed to a hotel with a a restaurant but, the restaurant is amazing. I had one of the best risottos of my life. I had a single room and it was tiny but very modern and clean. "
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very nice people, good rooms, nice pool, tasteful breakfast and just 10 minute walk to the city of Levico Terme. We came here for hiking and nearby are some wonderful hikes. So, we really felt sorry to leave. By the way, dogs allowed, essential for us. "
