"Here’s a Hotels.com-style review with a slightly more detailed, balanced tone: Disappointing stay with major comfort and service issues Our stay started off on a concerning note, as we were asked at check-in to leave a positive review in exchange for free sauna access. We were required to post the review immediately—before even receiving our room key—which felt misleading and unprofessional. The room itself was visually nice, and the beds were comfortable. However, the air conditioning did...

The front desk lady during check-in was not friendly at all. She seemed to hate her job, no smile on her face and not interested in answering questions. The bathroom was extremely small. No separate shower, the entire tiny bathroom was the shower space. So had to stand next to the toilet and sink to shower and water splashed over everything on the...

"The room was fine and overall the stay was pleasant. However, the parking situation was very misleading. We booked with “included parking,” only to find out upon arrival that this meant street parking, subject to availability. There were no spaces, so we had to drive around the neighborhood late at night searching for parking. Very frustrating, especially after a long journey. The parking policy should be made much clearer when booking."
