"La habitación no estaba aseada hay telarañas y mucha basura por las esquinas y el piso, no servía el ventilador, todos los apagadores tenían falso contacto, la habitación estaba junto q la cocina por lo que hubo mucho ruido pasando la media noche, el personal para el desayuno no rellenó las fuentes de los alimentos"
"Very nice place but the ac did not work. It about 100 in the day. We were supposed to have breakfast before 10. We got there at 930 and there wasn’t much of anything left. They didn’t replenish except for some bread. But when we asked about the WC they came to the room with us but it couldn’t be fixed. Also we wanted a non- smoking room and of course we got one. They were sold out so they came in and deodorized. Last a little bit. The staff was friendly"
"Comfortable stay deep in the mountains with stunning views and pleasing decor, except for the insects that bothered just one of us at night The apartment had 3 levels with the steep stairs to the bathroom below, it took time to get used to it. The road close to the location is narrow, curvy and challenging but worth the drive. The host did not speak English. The kitchen had everything we needed except for the lid for the kettle. We appreciate that place like that existed deep in nature."
"This charming house was a delightful respite before we headed back to the USA via the nearby airport. We had dinner and the food was absolutely exquisite, our compliments to the chef. Our host was so lovely & welcoming. Highly recommend!"
"Absolutely beautiful place to stay . Captures everything I loved about the Camino . Surrounded by fields , set in quintessential gardens with a horreo and intimate seating areas . Somewhere to dry your handwashing too ! All the staff we met were very helpful- including the driver who picked us up in Palai de Rei .
Food good too .
Unfortunately they had a power cut whilst we were there but the staff were amazing- candles were placed around and they still made our dinner which was delicious. Not...
"Cannot speak more highly about the staff and the hotel! This was fantastic! Beautiful ‘rustic’ castle in the countryside-showers with soooo much water pressure; unbelievably helpful and friendly staff throughout (cleaning staff, chef, reception and spa staff all lovely)!"
