"No parking, had to walk 10 minutes with luggage from free public parking which was recommended by hotel staff by saying “only 2 minutes walk.” No bellboy available to assist with luggage, upon repeated requests staff kept saying “we have no bellboy facility available.” Rooms were nothing like in photos, cramped and congested. "Fiyat performans oteli, daha iyi olmasını bekliyorduk. Kahvaltı vasattı, odalar genişti, ilk defa bir otel'de suların kesildiğinde şahit oldum. Uzun sürmedi fakat yine de rahatsızlık verdi. Otelin biraz elden geçmesi gerekiyor bence"
"3 floors NO ELEVATOR! And 1 MORE steep floor inside. Bathroom smells and shower difficult to work. Mattress is worn, slightly lumpy. AC wasn’t working till last day. Staff, outside of manager, were well meaning and helpful.
The location is very good if you want to be near historic district"
"We had a wonderful stay at Ferma Art Hotel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Baku, close to the main attractions and the Old City. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially loved the atmosphere and stylish design of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baku — we would definitely stay here again!"
"Everyone at The Two Seasons was so friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast at the hotel was also delicious. The location in the Old City is very convenient."

"For the price the hotel is very good. Great location, decent WiFi, clean room, decent bathroom and very helpful staff.
The breakfast was ok but nothing amazing, didn't know it was pre-plated and served to your room but like I said, it was fine.
Big thank you to Sadiq, very sweet guy, warm welcome and very helpful."
