"Easy check in, they even had storage because i arrived 5 hours early. My only suggestion would be for the pods to have another light setting, it was either dark or super bright, a dimmer switch would have been nice."

"Deserve a refund"

"The stay was not as advertised. Host was late so we had to wait over 30 minutes past the check in time to check in. Communication was unclear and the host failed to mention you have to pay for washing facilities which is not mentioned anywhere. There was also no hairdryer which was advertised. The room was basic but fine but pillows need updating. AC worked well in room. Fridge was unpleasant so we decided not to use the kitchen."

"The male employee who helps with check in was fraternizing with young women staying there. Was not comfortable with that so I reached out to the property and they said they followed up and it won’t continue to happen. However, as a solo female traveller, I found this situation overall very inappropriate. The coffee shop was nice, location was excellent, welcome drink was included, and room was fine. Other downsides: showers flood and bathrooms were gross, the staff threw out my products in the...

"God mat i restaurangen. Rent och trevlig personal."

"The property was not cleaned enough, we had no wifi and no hot water for shower. I complained on first day and guy said he will send someone to fix it but no one came and we had to take chilling cold water showers. We got apartment 8 in unit 10 and it was not great. Also place is pretty far from the city centre and we had to spend 15 eurod each yime for one way for 2 ppl"

"What an apartment, possibly the best we have stayed in and we travel at least 8 times per year. The location is in the new Nivy part of town, very clean and the added bonus of bars, restaurants and a huge shopping centre close by. The apartment was super quiet, we didnt hear any noise from any other room. The blinds on the balcony also kept all light out, it was perfect! Super clean, great location, 5 mins from the shopping centre walking and 20 minutes walk from old town. Would stay here...

"Clean, comfortable property, close to transportation. We had a small glitch with bed linens that the property owner took care of quickly and cheerfully. I will definitely use this property next time we stay in Bratislava."

"Hvis du bare skal bruge et sted at sove, fungerer det, men daglig rengøring eksisterer ikke, og det er gammelt og slidt. Ligger perfekt i forhold til offentlig transport og indkøb af dagligvarer. Isforretningen lige rundt om hjørnet (samme bygning) er helt fantastisk, og virkelig et besøg værd."

"- I paid for the room ahead of time. The receptionists were constantly getting confused about this, refusing to let me into the room as they claimed I hadn't paid, before backtracking and realising I had, and then forgetting all over again the following day. - The cleaners were extremely loud in the morning, slamming doors in the corridor from 6am. - There was an ALIVE BEETLE in the bed. The staff didn't understand why this was unsatisfactory. - The pillow was a tiny square cushion with lumpy...
