"One of the towels in the room had stains all over it and toilet would not flush. We were moved to another room where we had issues with the toilet not wanting to flush again. Maid was super sweet! Staff at the desk was very hard to understand. "

We learned that we were their first guests, and they really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed.
