"My room was cleaned once in my 8 days stay. Lady in the front desk was nasty. Dog pooped in the hallway. Not a good place to stay again."

"Clean room. Pullout couch fit single, which was just what we needed when our daughter decided to join us. Not too far from Smith College. Good value"

"The gentleman who was up keeping the day break breakfast area did a great job in ensuring that the counters the bins were all cleaned and emptied out He also ensured that the place was stocked and cleaned I did not like the fact that the rooms were never done We had to ask for towels and get our rooms done but we got tired of doing this. If it is by request only it should be communicated so you are Aware. For an overnight no Probs but for a longer stay I’m not sure about that"

"Staff is superb, front desk was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty, the room was very spacious and well equipped, loved the mini fridge and microwave. Parking is free but you have to walk to the garage, the walk is not the worst."

"Will book again"

"Clean updated room, only downside was the elevator was out of order."

"Andrew the Manager was a pleasure. Staff were wonderful and happy to help!"

"Todo perfecto"

"Great stay! would stay again"
