"All staff was extremely friendly, everything was clean. We loved the pool & hot tub! Will be staying here again!"

"We arrived early to see if we could check in early. We were told that rooms would not be ready until 3:00, due to a large turnover from the night before. We did something else and returned shortly after 3:00. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in and we were all told that rooms were not ready yet. Nothing was available until 4:00! No apologies from staff, they didn’t care. The next morning house keeping came and knocked on the door 2 hours prior to checkout to see if we were checking...
