"Good"

"The property is well maintained, and the breakfast area is particularly attractive. My room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. There are a variety of dining options nearby, and the property is well situated. Breakfast items were of a good variety. I enjoyed my stay."

"Nice breakfast and good location. The room was not tidy. Took pictures of the mess as soon as I checked into the room and notified the front desk, showing them the pictures. The staff did apologize and instead of moving us to a different room she said she would credit us a free night but when saw her the next day she said that she only gave me five thousand points for future use. So her words and her action showed up different and she should've did exactly what she said. Disappointed because...

"The front desk was very kind and the evening bartender was great to chat with! Our room was just what we needed. The property has a shuttle to/from the airport as well as the Mall Of America."

"There were screws left on stairway by pool. The pool had slit of water everywhere so it was super slippery not very clean out there. Towels were not stocked in both rooms one one per room and another guest said the same thing in there room so this was three rooms stocked with one towel, we had to ask for them. Shower head wasn’t on we had to put it on. Wasn’t super clean but I have seen worse so it was better than other hotels. The staff were friendly. Had some strange smells. It was quiet in...

"While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way."

"One night stay. Good value for a basic hotel."
