"The staff were all friendly (including the cleaner) and treated us like family, The room was clean but very small - the wardrobe was so close to the bed it was hard to access. Had a small balcony so airy in hot weather. But the toilet door rattled in the wind.
The hotel also had an excellent seafront restaurant where the staff too were friendly and gracious"
"The hospitality and location can’t be beat! The owner and his wife personally greeted us upon arrival and breakfast was purely divine, with a wide selection of locally sourced items (the owner mentioned the marmalades and olive oil are made by his wife, and picked from their orchard)
The beach in front the property was perfect for a quick swim, and the hotel was in a very quiet part of town, but just under 5mins drive to the marina and shopping area."
"Ligger perfekt i Skala, nära till allt. Bra frukost och hjälpsam personal. Rent och snyggt. Lite slitet rum, men det åtgärdades direkt.Mycket prisvärt."
"We were disappointed with the property because we asked on arrival about noise from the speakers outside the bar/restaurant. We were told there were no other rooms available (when the hotel clearly wasn't full). We were located at ground floor practically next the the restaurant. The lady on reception mentioned the quiet time (2 - 5pm), which was also stated on the check in information. On the second day, this quiet time didn't happen - they still played music all day. Unfortunately the...
"Spent two nights at this lovely hotel located just outside of the main town area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel owner and staff were lovely. Very nice breakfast and pool area. We were very comfortable here. Do yourself a favor and book directly with the hotel. We booked a sea view room on hotels.com and paid more for those rooms. A seaview was not available, and the owner said all room rates are the same. The owner was great and I believed what she was saying. "
"Very friendly staff and a good location, but the rooms are not clean - specially the bathrooms. Everything was just falling apart. The shower was broken and we needed to flush the toilet ten times.... The breakfast was ok, but not good. We paid the same price for a five star hotel in Athen, and the standards are not comparable at any chance. I don’t recommend this hotel! "
"Beautiful and tranquil setting. Our room was spacious with a large balcony and beautiful sea view. Some of the furnishings could use an update (ie: television). Angelica was a very warm hostess and her breakfast was delicious."
