"The room was in unacceptable condition: the bed was covered in dust, and the window facing the garden lacked screens, allowing flies and mosquitoes to flood inside when opened—which was necessary due to the hot weather. Furthermore, the TV was completely unavailable to watch the ongoing FIFA World Cup matches. Although the staff acknowledged and reportedly flagged the issue, no successful repair was made during our entire stay. This was a highly unpleasant experience. I am left wondering how...
"La pica no tragaba y la nevera no enfriaba, solo funcionaba el congelador, en un hotel la habitación se deja a las 12 aquí te hacen dejar la habitación a las 10 de la mañana y te avisan el día que entras, hay una pendiente para subir a los apartamentos impresionante y no hay ascensor y me dieron la última planta con niños y con carro, fue una aventura total"
"Muy cerca del centro de Andorra la Vella y con varios aparcamientos cerca. Que no haya servicio de recepción no es un problema porque es todo bastante ágil de manera online.
Nos tocó la habitación en un segundo sin ascensor y costó un poco subir las maletas.
Como recomendación, poner alguna percha más o incluso percha para colgar chaquetas o las toallas de la ducha."

"Despite its advertising the hotel does NOT offer free parking it charges €24 for a remote car park (10 mins walk) There is no vehicle access to the hotel, so if you have limited mobility don’t book this hotel. The staff were unhelpful
BTW the hotel is actually called the Aston hotel not Tivoli as advertised which makes locating it a bit more difficult"
