"The room was pretty simple but clean and the AC was cold. We appreciated that the room also had a small refrigerator. The breakfast was just okay. For the price, it was a great stay."

"Clean"

"So the bed was pretty comfortable. And somebody had called me to let me know the person at the front desk had to leave and they were going to leave my room key in the room on the bed for me. I thought it was kind of strange that would have left the room unlocked like that but I was thankful they called to let me know what was going on. I hate saying but it's definitely not worth the $80 something dollars I paid. The room was too warm and I couldn't figure out where the heat was coming from,...

"This is a quaint little motel just up the road from Greer's Ferry Lake. We had a wedding to attend at a venue about 2 miles away, and needed a place to stay the night. The room we stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great. And there was plenty of hot water for 3 of us to take showers back to back to back. "After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no hand soap and there was an unknown spot on the hand towel. I went to the check in window which said “no refunds” and a woman came to...

"Cute, cozy, and well decorated little cabins on a nice campground-style location. We really enjoyed our weekend here, and both Gretchen and Roger were warm, friendly, welcoming hosts. There is a chicken coop with about a dozen friendly, well-behaved hens that roam the property and love checking out the human visitors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lttle getaway near Greers Ferry Lake or a unique "off the beaten path" experience in central Arkansas."
