"We have really enjoyed our stay in this ryokan. Staff were super helpful and considerate. We arrived late at night. There was someone waiting there to greet us, then showed us their onsen which was a heavenly experience after a long day. You can reserve the large bathtub they have in the basement if you want access to a private bathing experience and their were plenty of public onsen or bathhouses in the surrounding neighbourhoods. "
