"El trato de la persona que recibe es muy grosera, insulta en todo momento y no regresa el depósito que pide,la verdad un lugar pésimo no se los recomiendo"

"Excellent location close to the MTR, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly, and it’s well worth the price."

"Big Mistake by me and Big mistake by Expedia to have this horrible property on their website. I trusted Expedia and now I feel so betrayed by Expedia. This place is so difficult to find. No staff onsite to help. No one answer the phone. It's very loud in the room even with ear plugs and I think the noise is from the AC?? The pictures and the description about this property were good when I booked it. I know this is a budget place and I just need to crash for a few hours before boarding...

"High tourist area LOTS of shops "

"本是有一項$ 4 0的清潔費費用是在check-in時向賓館支付。到check-in時賓館臨時要加收$11雜費，這在Hotels.com網上訂房完全沒有聲明。支付$ 6 0紙幣後，賓館拒絕找續回$ 9,說是作為小費！ There is a sum of $40 as cleansing fee to be paid directly to the guest house at the time of check-in. When check-in, the guest house enforced an exact $11 as miscellaneous fee. This $11 was never mentioned under the website of Hotels.com. When I paid $60 in money notes, the guest house refused to give me back the change of $9 and said to keep $9 as tips."

"The owner is super rude. Don't ever choose this place. Really unsafe experience. Don't believe the photos its a scam. Please avoid this hotel at any cost. Please please please!"

"A little chilly in February. Not the coziest for its price range."

"This hotel is located in useful site and the staff are warmful."

"They were very rude and the were yelling because my payment couldn’t go through because of international payments, that is not a good customer service and also the room they give me was not the same in pictures"
