"I've stayed at this property several times but this time was not as good as past stays. The common areas were not as clean as they usually are, trash cans overflowing etc. Hotel was fully booked so lots of noise and a fight broke out outside my room, staff was responsive. My room had used toiletries (bottles half empty) and an open bar of soap in the shower making me think maybe it wasn't really cleaned prior to my check in and there was no housekeeping service for 3 days. "Not clean from lobby to room. Had to request room to be cleaned, no notice to place on the door. A couple of homeless people frequenting the local lobby."
