"Area is super nice, easy access to two lovely beaches. And bus interchange a 10 minute walk to get you all over the island. Perfect solo holiday. Great staff member at the counter I presume is the owner; super friendly and welcoming. The place is a 2 star hotel so don’t expect it to be amazing, but it was comfortable and I loved my time there! Thank you"

"The apartment was clean and towels changed twice in the week, it seems to be halfway through being renovated and sofa bed old which let it down but it didn’t spoil our stay. It was very peaceful and we would return."

"How wrong are some of the reviews!! The Beds were comfy, the rooms were spotless, the pool was clean, the staff around were very friendly and helpful and the location was good - walking distance to every thing! No need to book these expensive and long coach transfers .. Easy commute in a taxi from straight outside the airport , 10 mins , €15! It was lovely and quiet and felt really safe there. Will definitely be booking again. Only fault was .. we couldn’t stay longer!"

"This was a perfect place for me! The accommodation is really authentic and tastefully decorated! The surroundings are beautiful and easily reach other places (villages, mountains, beaches) by car or bike. Contact with the host was easy by WhatsApp, she did everything to make my stay comfortable and gave space to also go my own way. Very good shared bathroom and common room for eating, to be recommended!"

"Lovely peaceful stay. A lovely large room near to the pool. Very friendly helpful staff, especially the lady on Reception who spent a long time finding me a book to read in English and suggested many local areas of interest for us to visit. "

"There aren’t any shops nearby l think you should highlight this on your website. The supermarket is als a 30min walk away. The bus stop is also a 15 min walk away. MAAR House is in a remote location but it’s lovely and peaceful and the facilities are good. Ursula the owner is very friendly and helpful !"
