"It’s great option for an overnight cross-border shopping trip. The bed was comfy, the hotel was quiet, and the location is great. Some reviews say the property is outdated, and while it’s obviously not new, there is no carpet in the room we stayed in, which makes it feel more modern. The breakfast was… fine. Not much selection but it fuelled our shopping day!"

"Haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn for a while. The rooms were very clean and decent. Pool was good for the kids. Breakfast was surprisingly good. 1st day was omelets, bacon and potatoes. Second day had scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, biscuits and sausage gravy. They have yogurt, cereal, pancakes made to order with an automated machine. Bagels, toast and muffins. Quite a large assortment of breakfast food. We would definitely stay there again if it was in our route."

"The beds were ok."

"Because Hampton Inn is our usual “go to” hotel when we’re on the road, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpet in our room and the bathroom floor. Fitness Facility floor could also use a good cleaning Otherwise, standard Hampton Inn quality."

The Royal was a short distance away & I wish I had stayed there. BEWARE."

"Yuck"

"The location was good except for a lot of traffic noise."

"none"

"The view from boat dock was nice . The breakfast was a joke. They only had coffee and instant oatmeal. You have to make it yourself . We booked for 2 nights and only stayed for one. Their pictures are deceiving."

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The property around is beautiful but the facility itself is older and ragged. Was not the cleanest either. But for the price I think I got what I paid for. "

"Quaint, clean property. Friendly staff. Would stay again."

"There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....
