"This place was terrible. There were no amenities available. Not even extra toilet paper, towels. They don’t refresh or clean your room. The AC was non existent. My aunt was moved 3 times due to problems with air conditioning which was never solved. The staff was rude and condescending to my family. They refused to process any kind of refund. "Great old building, bedroom spacious, , super clean with lovely bedding. All staff were friendly& helpful. It's a very old pub with a nice atmosphere where people of all ages meet. As an older woman on my own I felt perfectly comfortable in the bar areas having a drink by myself. That's rare these days. The only downside was that, luke so many British hotels there was no fridge in the room . I feel a fridge should be standard these days!!! Also the hall areas could do with a bit of tkc. Overall...
