We had a private room, but there were a group of middle school aged kids staying on the same floor we were, that were very noisy all night long and also very rude. "The noise from the night club downstairs was awful! Thumping music til 2.30am and the earplugs the hotel kindly provided did nothing to reduce it! Nice place otherwise, but don’t stay there if you plan to sleep before 3am!"
"High 5 euro surcharge for towels. Keycards rarely worked. We were also not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovation and hallways were filled with painting tarps, painters, and the paint smell. Using the elevator was a hassle and required going up and down multiple stairs and through the entire floorplan."
