"When I booked this property originally, I clearly requested room on GROUND FLOOR and NO STAIRS. Normally requests are not guaranteed, yet this hotel proceeded with confirmation of my reservation. Upon check in, I was advised that Monarch Hotel does NOT have rooms on the GROUND FLOOR, has NO ELEVATORS, and I would have to climb 30 plus stairs to reach my assigned room.
