"Die Ferienwohnung wird durch eine Vermittlungsfirma "Team Belvilla" organisiert.
Das Team Belvilla hat keinen Überblick über die vorhandenen Buchungen. Gebucht wurde 1 Jahr vorher und 1 Woche vor Anreise könnten sie die Buchung nicht mehr finden.
Warscheinlich wurde die Ferienwohnung noch an andere Personen vermietet.
Sehr sehr schlechter Service, kein Support um das Problem zu lösen.
Man reagiert einfach nicht auf Anrufe oder Email und sitzt das Problem einfach aus.
Super schlechter Support."
