"my first initial complaint was the key card for the room didn’t work so myself and my child were waiting to try and get in the door. Had to walk back up to the office to come back and have the manager come reprogram a key while we stood out there and waited once I got in the room. It didn’t smell very clean in the bathroom. "The room was very clean but the air conditioner didn't work. The hot tub jets wouldnt come on and the light in the hot tub was broken. It was very loud at night from the upstairs, but the breakfast was great and staff was very nice. "
