"I would advise you to sleep in your vehicle. This was one of the worst. I don’t think I will ever stay at a Red Roof again. Paint pealing in the bathroom. Walked in and the room smelled old and musty. Top comforter had a stain on it pulled back sheets something was on sheets we decided to do the other bed. Went next door where housekeeping was cleaning showed it to her she just kept saying i am sorry. There was a language barrier then when I looked down at the door a huge water bug (roach) was on the floor on its back . Had a family member on the first floor a water bug just walked under the door wile he sitting at the table eating. He called front desk and the arrogant guy just said” anything else” I wouldn’t want my dog to stay there if I had a dog! This is not a corporate hotel everything is deceiving online! They have older people doing the housekeeping that can’t speak English. I guess it’s okay to pay for rooms that look like that in their country . I was highly disappointed and will never do it again. Front desk is very rude and have no customer service skills."
