"I stopped here on a long drive from the East coast to the Midwest. This was an ideal hotel––comfortable, very clean, well cared for, family run, and located right off of a highway. When driving long distances, I often stay in small budget hotels, and this is the best one I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended. "

"We had great communication with Dennis. Great location with convenient access to attractions on and around Seneca, Cayuga, and Keuka Lakes. Check-in was very simple. Nice, roomy dog walking area at rear of the property if traveling with a dog. Inside was even nicer than the pictures. Very clean and nicely appointed. Downstairs half bath was a nice convenience. Mini splits kept each of the rooms at a comfortable temperature. Would definitely consider staying again the next time we are in...

"The cabin was nice, the beds were surprisingly comfy. The town is lovely. The location is close to everything. Within walking distance to a store with essentials, and don't miss out on the beach two blocks to the right of the cabin, an absolute gem. I will visit many more times solo or with family/friends I enjoyed my stay very much. "

"We had a good experience with our stay at the Red House. The house was very clean and spacious and comfortably accommodated our party of 8. It is a well maintained property with new furnitures and appliances.The only downsides are that it is a very old building that has a subtle mold smell, and it has only one shower, which is not enough for a place that promotes itself as having capacity for up to 10 people. "

"Quiet and family friendly. Few rowdy campers but nothing too crazy. Fishing was great! The oldest (7 years old) caught his biggest fish ever, a 20-21 inch bowfin!"
