"When we arrived in Wadi Musa, the hotel was closed. They moved us to a nearby hotel instead. However, they repeatedly insisted they hadn’t received our payment—even though we had already paid through Hotels.com—and tried to charge us again."

"Property is just up the hilly road from the Petra visitor center which you can see from the location. Perfect stay if you have a car because there is parking and driving down to Petra visitor center / restaurant strip is a 1min drive. No need to even GPS it. The rooms were okay. The owner lives onsite and is very welcoming and accommodating. Would stay here again for the price! "

"This hotel is a spam! We have paid the hotel online and upon arrival the owner said that he didn’t have our reservation and that the name of the hotel changed when he bought it few months ago. He was kind to let us sleep over the night yet I wouldn’t recommend this place until they’re refurbish everything! Payment are going to the old owner apparently who doesn’t even respond when calling him. "

"Turned up after 3 hour drive with wife and 2 young children to be told we didn't have a booking as it wasn't confirmed. Very unprofessional approach from the chef/receptionisy who was rude and said it was our fault and problem. After 30 mins of argument and discussion we were offered a smaller, more expensive room but due to the way they handled us ended up driving another hour and a half to a different city to get a room for the night. "
