"This hotel was very well maintained clean and the staff very friendly"

"The room was clean enough and it was on the beach. That is all that is true about this property. Pool is not heated as described. Hot tub did not work then they fixed the heat but jets didn’t work so it was the equivalent to taking a hot bath with strangers in stagnant hot water. WiFi was hit or miss. TVs were from prehistoric days. I have never even reviewed a property before but this was so upsetting I feel the need to warn everyone. I would never recommend this property!"

"Liked. Nothing about the property"

"I'm a local I'll come here a lot it was very nice I recommend it and it has a really good beach view"

"Staying at the flamingo is great. One issue we had reserved a certain room and area and paid for it back in May. When we arrived for our stay they had given our room away because it was bikenweek and they couldn’t save our room. But we paid for it. My issue is to have better training to your new employees who make promises they can’t keep. Everything else’s is great the oools the bar."

"Staff was very nice and responsive. Property on outside needs a little TLC. Needs to stock supplies a little better for the rooms. Had to keep asking for toilet paper and wash cloths. Also would have been nice to have an iron and blow dryer. Room was clean. Loved we could walk out to pool and beach area. There is really no reason that we would not return. All places have their faults."

"Good location, clean, well maintained. Room was nice with a fridge and comfortable bed. There was a large group of people with children during our stay overtaking the fitness center and pool table making them unusable. Signage was not posted as to age requirements for gym, so we didn’t say anything."

"Clean room and close to coast"

"Had a very pleasant stay. Very nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future."
