"Had dogs and it was very easy and no stress to check in with them and the staff so so amazing.. I have moved a lot and stayed in alot of different hotels but I wish I could stay at a place like this every time"

"The hotel overall was great. Staff was super. They are going through renovations so there was a bit of a mess as to be expected. The ice machine was broke but the front desk provided ice. The breakfast area was out of coffee one day but they replenished next day. Room was clean. Once the renovations are done it will be great!"

"We only stayed one night and the total stay was about 14 hours as we just wanted to visit Shawshank Prison while passing though. But it was a great hotel. Clean, safe, great staff. It is 10 min from Shawshank and near so many other things. Bathroom was clean, shower was great, breakfast was great. Free parking, pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here."

You can come into the lobby regardless, because the front door is never locked, but you don’t see anyone. There was a sign with a phone number that never replied, and a ring doorbell that no one answered. Fortunately a maintenance guy passed by, like 25 minutes after I had been there, asked if I was checking in - told me there were no check ins that late - and when...
