"I was on first floor and the room above me had heavy footed occupants. My biggest complaint is they charged my credit card an additional $193.17 on top of the expected $416.13 the day I checked in, and 6 days later the charge still appears. Baby Quail had off-site person checking me in, so part of this problem belongs to Expedia who had the credit card info."

"Everyone was friendly, and the place was easy to find"

"First of all, they soaked us $15 per night for parking, which was NOT disclosed when I booked the stay. The front desk refused to budge on that. I'll never book that property again, and I'll think twice (at least) before booking any IHG property. That's incredible - a SERIOOUS fire hazard. I'd give it zero stars,...

"What a view from our room! Just amazing place to stay in Sedona! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The huge soaking tub was incredible. Our stay couldn’t have gone better. Watching the sunset from top Patio was magical! Can’t wait to return."

"The room needs updating and bathroom was not clean and not felt clean"

"A family trip to Sedona and Grand Canyon. We booked 3 rooms, 6 nights. Very clean room, bathroom and all around the property. I would stay here again. Old town Cottonwood is nearby for good restaurants and shopping."

"45 mins from Sedona, spacious rooms w good value for money compared to Sedona rates! Lighting in rooms cd be better w some air fresheners needed for the musty rooms; showers nice and warm w plenty of towels!"

"Room was clean & nice. Check in was quick & easy. Location was great for our stay."
