"Apartment was clean, perfectly decent. The shower door needs putting back on its runners, a bit annoying to have to drag it across. The pillows are old and lumpy, need replacing, and the bed linen and towels are not great quality. Overall a perfectly fine place to stay. "

Communication with the landlord was excellent with all our questions answered promptly. There was even a special surprise waiting for us upon our arrival. "We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...
