"Nice place, great staff, close to everything"

"Great location, clean room, friendly staff."

"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"I had a wonderful stay in Cusco! The location was beautiful, the hot shower was much appreciated, and the breakfast was excellent. Most of all, the host, Devorah and all the staff, was absolutely amazing—so welcoming, helpful, and kind. I would happily stay here again! Gracias"

"We enjoyed our stay!"

"Excellent location, friendly staff, great breakfast and views."

"It is nice budget hotel for couple night but I won’t stay longer because noisy neighbourhood"

"the property is ok the people are friendly and likeable, the free breakfast is good. I think you can get to the plaza de armas walking if you don't take the steps but deviate and go where the curved street is, if you take a taxi make sure to see where he goes bc if not the steps are exhausting to go and come back. online the property is listed in English as having a drier but it doesnt what they do have is a hair dryer."
