"This is a charming property with walking distance of the Zocalo. Room was clean; WiFi was spotty and I couldn't get the TV to work but I wasn't in my room enough to matter."
"Room was clean and staff were fantastic!
Only downside is no fridge, the bathroom doesn’t have an external window and the shower pressure wasn’t the best."
"The Good:
The location of this hotel is fantastic and incredibly convenient. I was also very impressed with how clean the room was when I arrived.
The Bad:
The check-in process was a confusing mess. There is no front desk on-site, and the property failed to send me any information beforehand regarding which unit was mine. When I arrived, I had no idea where to go or how to access my room. Luckily, the cleaning staff happened to be there and was helpful enough to get me sorted out.

"Mi estadía estuvo súper bien, me encantó a habitación.
"The best hostel I’ve ever stayed! The building is so cool, everyone is so nice, the rooftop is unreal, I made so many good memories there despite 2 nights stay, highly recommend"
"I can’t imagine a more helpful staff. I liked this place a lot - decent location within walking distance of el centro, nice rooftop breakfasts and cheap laundry service. They need to work on their maintenance- I was constantly fixing the toilet, and the rooms are located in a courtyard that can be loud with yapping visitors at night (after 10 pm even). I was surprised the front desk didn’t do more to discourage this- people with their cell phones on speaker talking excitedly and small groups...
Gracias!"
"The room and accommodations were great. The desk staff were especially helpful. Daniel, provided a touring map with recommendations and was very helpful during our stay."

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The location was excellent, right in the city center and within easy walking distance of the main park (just 5 minutes), both mercados (about 8 minutes), and Santo Domingo Church (only 2 minutes away).
The area felt very safe, and the rooms were cleaned daily, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was incredibly comfortable, luxurious, and...
