"I recently stayed at ibis Mollet Barcelona after pre-booking the hotel through Expedia and receiving payment confirmation. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was quite disappointing. Despite providing my name and payment confirmation, the staff initially had no information about my reservation. I had to show multiple details from Expedia before they were able to locate and confirm the booking.

"Prima kamer, niet heel groot en extra bed zorgde voor weinig bewegingsruimte, maar alle nodige voorzieningen waren aanwezig en dient uiteindelijk enkel om te slapen. Gelegen in het oude centrum, dus niet met de wagen bereikbaar, maar dit was zeker geen minpunt, eerder een pluspunt. Je zit echt midden in het oude centrum, vlakbij alles, alsook een klein strand en het begin van een prachtige wandelroute. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam."
"This is my first time in Europe and Spain, and I really liked this hotel because it's a good value price, 2 minutes from the sea, and right on the beachfront.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, and cleaning is done daily (even though I'm alone and don't need it every day). Any questions can be resolved remotely with the administrator; they're always available via WhatsApp. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, as it offers a view of the fortress
