"The sheets and blankets were damp. When I asked for them to be cleaned and dried we had to wait 2 hours. When we went back to room. The bedding was still damp. The fridge still had food from previous traveler. The TV doesnt face the bed or sofa. When we moved the TV, there was garbage underneath it. The bed was super uncomfortable. And the hall smelled like mold. I felt like I was at a homeless shelter. Would never stay again."

"Overall a bad experience"

"The bathroom was tiny, and the door didn't lock. There was hair on the floor, a fly splattered on the mirror and we had to empty the fridge out to put out stuff in. I would have complained after we entered however we had traveled for 13 hrs and didn't want to move.. beds were just ok. Front staff were friendly!!"

"We had a horrible experience at another inn and they were able to take us in in a moments notice It was a pleasant experience"

"We couldn’t even stay the night when arriving at the hotel, there was defecation on the toilet seat, the pull out sofa bed had cigarette burnt holes, blood, pee stains. With prime time salem, we had no where else to go, we had to drive 2.5 hours home. Absolutely terrible."

"Great stay. Property is being renovated. We had a renovated room. It was beautiful. Staff were friendly and attentive."
