"The room and buildings were very clean - the issue was the pool area. Super dirty, visible algae on the side of the pool and hot tub, and the other hot tub was filled with bugs. Grass was growing through the bricks on the deck - the entire area was clearly not taken care of. I understand this is the shoulder season, which is why we wanted to come - to enjoy the quiet and pool area. But this was just gross.

"Schweitzer Village was pretty vacant this time of year and we were thankful for that since we were able to get an amazing room with a beautiful view. Each staff member was extremely helpful and the Humbird had a great game room, gym, and rooftop jacuzzi."

Pro: everything is pretty much new. Liked that there was a kitchen and full fridge with microwave, sink and stove. "This quaint country cabin themed property was clean, quiet, well equipped, and the host was awesome! Please note many rooms have shared bathrooms, but also a great shared kitchen/ dining/ living space. The gravel road in was worth the completely quiet stay!"
"Check in was problematic. We were given the wrong room which led to uncomfortable conversations with the other guests in “our” room. The signage outside says this is a bed and breakfast, which it’s not anymore. This was very disappointing. The facility is set up so well for this. I hope they bring it back. "
