"Having seen other reviews, we were pleasantly surprised to see that whilst the main areas of the hotel look a little outdated and in need of renovation, our room was clean and we were given a sea-view room. Was up the road, around the Dover area in Kent, desperately looking for a place to stay for night at a reasonable price & everything I could find was very expensive or selling out, then after hours of searching, this New Hotel came up on my Internet search! I drove to it immediately, wasn't many minutes drive, to check out if it was ok & couldn't believe my eyes! No car park, on a broad street beside row of shops & Police Station right opposite which feels safe & row of parking...

Beds were supper comfy cozy, and contrary to other reviews we did not find the street noise bothersome, and we had the windows open. Traffic noise calmed by midnight.
