"Room is clean, staff is helpful. But overall cracks on wall, shower head also really old and almost broken. There is a bar nearby so drums and party until 2am, Also smell of cigarette at 11:30pm, someone smoking in the building. Good price and I guess you pay for what you get. Location wise ok but is uphill and 300m + from any station nearby. So prepare to carry suitcases and climb many stairs. Overall, will not recommend. Better pay a bit more for nicer place or live somewhere further from...

"Very convenient place close to the Expo and LDS Temple. Nice restaurants not to far and 15 minutes walk to the Oriente station."

"لقد كانت الغرفة ممتلئة برائحة الدخان، علما انهم يلصقون اشارة ممنوع التدخين على باب الغرفة من الداخل. لقد تم تنظيف الغرفة غير أن الرائحة بقيت مستمرة مما دفعني الى ترك المكان ولم أتمكن من استعادة نقودي. معاملة الموظفين لطيفة جدا."

"My room was extremely hot, noisy, and smeel a mixture of piss and weed. There is a small patio next to it with some hot duct that mantain the room with hot air and noise. The provided fan was not particularly useful. At night the other people where noisy and the walls are not thick enough so you can hear all of them."

"clean and basic"

"Room clean, rooms outdated, exactly what i needed for that kind of money"

The elevator was helpful and the staff will assist with initial steps into the hotel if needed. Lots of cafes and shops and little parks in walking distance. The front desk is manned 24 hours and they were very helpful. Some of the things a chain hotel would...
