"Hotel is 1.1 km walk from Nagasaki station. A bit of a walk with luggage or with children. The street in front is at times busy, and there's space to park one car temporarily in front of the property to unload/load. We stayed in room 202, in the Standard A room. In the room, I hardly heard any noise from above or below, or from the other second level rooms, though I'm unsure how occupied the hotel was. Hardly heard train or car traffic from inside the room. Having a washer was nice, but...
