"After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud....

"Based on what was said they provided: Toiletries- none, a bar of pink soap Breakfast- Eggs and toast. If you want something else (from the "restaurant") you have to order it the night before. No one informed us of this. Restaurant on premises- No, they will only provide you food from the restaurant if you order it one day prior & again, no one informs you of this.
