"It’s a simple little out of the way family run pension. The best part about it is the very nice. Two ladies that run the place, very sweet and accommodating. The rooms are very basic, but of course the price is very reasonable. It’s about a half a kilometer off the main road, but I would stay there again for its value."
"Right on the beach. Cozy and relaxing. Staff super sweet. Breakfast was next door, variety was basic but tasted good with good service.
The room was fantastic. No AC but had a very strong fan. We had to turn it down at night. This is truly beach living experience! Location was right in the middle of all the action. Perfect stay if you plan on tours.
Our door knob broke and they had a repair man fix it within 15 minutes. The staff is very good.

"This is a great place to stay on a budget. The owner stayed up late for us after we had a flight delay, we arrived at about 2230. The room is large, the bathroom works and they provide breakfast to your room at 0700. They also can arrange your underground river tour, they walk you straightaway to the boat.
Also, know going in that it is a small budget place in the jungle, they may or may not have any hot water. "
"Chambre correct, personnels bien, emplacement, tot pres de la plage centre, magasin resto, comfort bien.
Towels are not cotton they are in polyester, so they don't absorb humidité. They don't glasses in the room so if you need, you have to ask the personnel everytime. They have free dinking water but in containers outside the room.
They use plastic plates tomeat. I recommend not to use plastic plates
The canals are in front of the hotel since the hotel is infront of the road and it stinks....
"When we arrived, the lady and her husband said there were no rooms available, offered us alcohol and asked if she could bring us to another pension house. We decided to check it out. She took us a block away, opened a large metal garage door, and asked if we wanted to stay there. It was sketchy and felt unsafe. We left and went to the Four Points instead. We’ll be pursuing a refund. Honestly this person should be banned from Expedia."
"Бронировали трёхместный номер.Заселили в бункер((( без окон,воды горячей не было. Приехали рано,наблюдали подготовку номера к проживанию: парень пару раз махнул веником и готово! Попросили за доплату повысить категорию номера,но свободных не оказалось. Пришлось мыться в душе у бассейна. На следующий вечер прошли просить починить нам душ. "FEJK, FEJK FEJK Hotellet stämmer inte alls med beskrivningen. Dom har inget SPA, Ägarna vet inte vad SPA är, det såg ut som en trevlig förkortning var svaret. Ingen restaurang, inget varmvatten. Myror och skalbaggar i rummen. Ingen balkong. Renoverat 2025 var en byggarbetsplats
