"Good location"

"When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here."

"This property was perfect for our multi-family vacation..we each had our own units & bathroom. The main unit was plenty spacious for us to gather - eat together. The air-conditioning was nice for the super hot nights. The pool was clean & very nice to have. The communication with the owner was quick & cordial. I would highly recommend this home. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"Upon arrival we messaged the host and customer service. we waited one hour to have access to the keys. The entire room was dirty. There were two bags full of garbage in the kitchen. The bed was not made. The bedsheets sheets were soiled. In the bathroom the towels were soiled. The kitchen was missing the stove. Definitely an uncomfortable situation you don’t want to experience, eventually we have to go through all the proper channels/parties in order to get a refund back. "

"Owners stopped by and left us two more beach chairs an hour after we arrived, a nice touch there were 4 of us. House was worn but working, could use a lot of gardening but we were only there nights. Coffee was provided, air conditioning worked great, shower and beach towels provided, and a bar/restaurant 1 block up the same side street. Abandoned house next door had two horses grazing (there are many abandoned houses in PR)."
