"Frindlly.."

"Closer to airport."

"Room was clean and a good size, but powerboard with fridge and TV was too low to use with kettle (lead too short). Had to unplug fridge to use wall socket with kettle! Noise from street and pub downstairs continued until midnight +. Lock on one toilet and one shower broken. However, for the price and location, 100 metres from light rail, the Occidental represents good value for money."

"Please put a small cabinet inside the women's shower/toilet to put on stuffs while the person on shower. Disposable slippers if possible.. Overall the service, staffs and whole accommodation was a good experience and of a great value. Thank you"

"It was okay but little things add up, TV was faulty and needed to be reset every time it was used, the universal remote was hopeless and needed reprogramming and light film curtains are useless if you want to sleep past sunrise, they need to have heavy curtain option,"

"Easy check in, booking and clean little room. Good value for it’s money for a quick over night stay"

"By far the best place to stay in Sydney. Perfect location and view."

"Actually is worth the money if you are on a budget. Very convenient that the light rail is nearby and central station."

"Great location, very friendly staff."

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When they found out I was travelling with my child, they kindly upgraded our room! My child absolutely loved the bunk bed, and we had a very comfortable stay. The location was also excellent — in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just about a five-minute walk from the train station. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"

"The property was conveniently located, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my time at the accommodation. Thank you for the great hospitality!"

"The Royal Hotel is a convenient place to stay. The room is adequate but the Aircon didn’t work and the the shared bathrooms need an upgrade and clean. There are some opportunities for improvement."
