"Where to start? Realized we had no shower curtain at 7:00 am. Reception was closed until 9:00. Tried calling on phone provided; message said there was no voicemail box so don’t bother. Hallways smelled absolutely horrible; elevator smelled like wet dog. Loud party across the hall at 2:00 am and paper thin doors/walls. Of course nobody around to stop it. Fire alarm went off and whole fire dept came because carpet cleaner set fire to hallway due to faulty wiring. Truly the bottom of the barrel....

I like the room and area and that a maid brought me new sheets and pillowcases etc but she just handed them to me. She should have come into the room and made the bed herself since that’s her job."
