"Very nice place to stay very easy to get in and out of. The only downfall is the doors are very heavy for somebody who’s young or elderly. They’re hard to open and keep open."
"The lady at the front desk upon arrival was short with us, one word answers and quick to get us out of her face. Vending machines are outdated. I found poo on my toilet fr the previous visitors, the people across my hotel were smoking in the room, when reported nothing was done. The restaurant by the lobby was either out of everything or didn’t carry it anymore. When it came time to catch out shuttle the driver let two people cut in front of us and didn’t arrive early to liars the luggage at...
"Well given the cost of the rooms you totally get what you pay for .... One room we had could tell accat had urinated in there at some point ...and the other room bathroom wasn't properly cleaned ...didn't get any room service or enough towels"
"Although it's small, I've been to 3 other Jacks it had everything I needed and the young man hosting was great. Although I live in sequim I am often near your restaurants while watching my grandkids games. Please open 1 on the peninsula somewhere. I'd drive an hour or so to eat your bbq. Thanks, Debby"
"The only issue was the very tight bathroom space, short tub and kindergarten height toilet. We are a tall family and this feature does not bode well with our genetic makeup."
"The hotel was great. Staff were very helpful and helped us get a better room for my mother. The rooms were great. The kitchens were good. The only complaint I had was no coffee maker in the kitchen. It had a lot of great things in the kitchen but no coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable!"
"The hotel was not in the best area, however they had a lot of security cameras and closed down the parking lot/entry to the hotel at around 11pm which made me feel a bit better about safety. The area was loud. There were lots of cars driving by all night and lots of sirens from the police in the city. Definitely not the place if you need a super quiet night. The hotel concierge told us we could check in at 2pm, but when we went back to check-in at 2, he told us we had to wait until 3pm. Seems...
