"Super affordable, clean, simple and spacious palapa-style room upstairs, 10 meters from the beach, with comfy queen size bed, private bathroom, and a partial sea view. Excellent location in the heart of town. Free beach loungers and sun shade provided. Cool, laidback staff. Amazing sound of the crashing waves lull you to sleep, while adjacent noisy bars and nightlife remind you you’re in Zipolite and add the fun of live music and local crowds. Def worth the extra couple bucks for this upper room...

"I was aware this was a budget hotel. But 1) it ran out of water twice. 2) there ware blackout too, short but I didn’t expect that. 3) there staff did what they could when I approached them. I was charged 100 UDS additional to the the total I was already paid on Expedia, btw, I called Expedia and said they were checking with the hotel to validate...

"Very comfortable rooms and common areas. Great staff. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Amazing views from room and common area. Fantastic attached restaurant. Highly recommend."

"Habitacion Limpia, aire acondicionado, Tiendas cercanas y playa cerca"
