"Had difficulty accessing my allocated room as the wrong access code had been provided to me, Telephone assistance was good however and they were able to provide me with the correct code. Shower drain was partially blocked so had to have a very quick shower. However the room was good value for money and location is convenient."
"We were a party of 5 Some of the rooms were not ready and one of the party had to wait over an hour to get in the room after being told twice it was ready. Then as he was late jumped in the shower and the towel was wet and dirty and haven’t been changed, unfortunately the staff are waiting staff from the restaurant and although very friendly were not able to efficiently check us in.
I also request to pay on arrival so we can all pay separately and in the local currency but before we arrived...
"The staff were very welcoming on arrival , plenty of information regarding parking places to eat , room was very clean and tidy , ideal stay for the sights of st malo"
"Property was much more run down than in the photographs. My shower was broken, so I had to use it as a hand held sprayer, which was tricky as the shower stall is very tiny and narrow. The hair dryer didn’t work, etc. Breakfast is just pastries and bread with yoghurt or boiled eggs. There was a small basket with the same 5 tired looking oranges every morning.
The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very good. The price a bit high for the quality of the hotel."
"The hotel is in a residential area of Dinard. We were given a "gite type " room not in the main hotel but it was clean and bed was comfortable with a small bathroom area with shower. There is also a skylight over the bed which allows light to come through. It is a few steps away from the main office of the small lobby. There is no parking at the hotel only street parking but very easy to find a short walk away. Restaurants require a short walk 15 -20 minutes to access. Breakfast is at a...
"Très bon accueil, cadre reposant, très belle vue sur le lac, depuis les chambres ou le restaurant, où d'ailleurs on y mange très bien pour un prix raisonnable. Tout comme le petit déjeuner, copieux. Centre ville et château accessible à pied."
"The garden was beautiful. We really appreciated the tea and coffee machine which was available all day. The owner was very friendly and accommodating"
"Elevator and shower a bit small but we managed. Staff were amazing. Location is perfect. We managed to get street parking close by. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend"
"suite a notre séjour de 4 nuits
c était satisfaisant
le petit reproche se sont les serviettes de toilette
qui n ont pas été change pendant notre séjours."
"Room was clean but garbage was not taken out and there was no soap in the dispensers. That said, they promptly brought supplies when we noted the issue."
