"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...
"The beds were firm, cozy with heavy wool blanket between fresh linens. I slept very well. It was dark and quiet at night. I got some altitude sickness the first night and the staff made me a special mint tea to drink and it helped a lot. "
"This is a gorgeous new property with so much potential. It was a little difficult to find, as Apple Maps directed us to a different location than Google Maps (not the hotel’s fault), but once we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful the property was. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get much sleep due to a lack of soundproofing. There happened to be some kind of celebration the night we stayed, so drunk people were walking past...
