"A great hostel. Someone had taken a shower and left a mess and it wasn’t cleaned up but honestly for a few short nights the pod was ideal. Met a lot of great people here and staff was SO nice. Esp Esteban"
"I like this concept for minimalist travelers a lot. I admire the efforts of those who maintain this kind of lodging. It is well intended but the truth is, I couldn’t sleep well. There were too many ongoing sounds of doors opening and closing, guests chatting, even snoring. Staff should be more emphatic with guests that the sleeping area should remain quiet. Doors need to be adjusted to prevent loud creaking and slamming. Yet, I liked the place a lot. It is well looked after and the staff was...
"Uncomfortable, cramped, terrible breakfast. Despite signs everywhere asking for 'silence,' one afternoon the staff held an 'event' for 75 of their closest friends, with speeches and applause, right outside the door to our 'capsule.' Woke us from our siesta, made it impossible to use 'our' dining area and kitchen. These people should not be in what is called the hospitality business."
"I was sleeping in my bed but around 5 am , the man woke me up and said I sleep in his bed , and refused to move as I was right in my bed and his bed was on top bed but he force me to go by lying together in my bed , so I have no choice as he was lying next to me, so I went to asked reception to help but took me almost 1
hours to sort it but that man still resist to move to his bed , so the reception couldn't sort him out and removed me to other room instead, so i did not get to sleep as took...
"It is a plain room with practically no amenities . However, the location is excellent. Next to the cathedral and the Alcabaz. You can walk everywhere: the port, different Museums, lot's of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and atractions. I felt very safe and I would stay again there."
"Staff were helpful. We arrived early and they were willing to hold our bags. It was quite no kids. It is near many restaurants and the center of the historic city."
"Great place to stay, Teresa was super helpful and friendly, the flat had everything we needed and the balcony was a lovely addition. Also very quiet at night despite being on a buzzy street. Only negatives was the sheet was stained when we arrived (although they changed it for us the following day), would be nice to have cleaning throughout the stay and would be helpful to have reception open for longer. But overall a great stay!"
