"We booked several rooms from the night before as we were arriving early in the morning to our surprise when we got there the rooms were not ready and we had to wait for them to be prepared . Even though we informed them of this. Very poor service in my opinion as they gave away our rooms. The breakfast area seating and tables were a bit dirty for my liking. Sent several messages which they never answered ."

"Airport shuttle, driver was ok but, couldn’t communicate with the driver due to hearings impairment"

"Was lucky to get an upgrade during my birthday trip - perhaps coincidence. Gian was welcoming and helpful upon my arrival. The hostel cat was such a bonus! Staff were friendly! Noise level at night was concerning but with earplugs much better! Hostel has a bunch of activities too and I did their bike rental, easy! Great stay."

"La pasa fatal. No me dieron buena habitación puertas muy mala condiciones"

"Fantastic community. Will come back again on next vacation."

"受付には常に一部のスタッフが不在です。また、キッチンはまだ洗浄や整理が行われていないため、全体的に清潔ではありません。"
