"I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was stained, there was no hot water, the staff barely spoke to us and didn’t respond when I asked for help about the water. They didn’t give us the wifi password or any information when we arrived just pointed for us to follow them and led us to our room. The location did not feel safe at night, the street the hotel is located on is not a good one! We could hear strange noises from our hotel room throughout the night, which was on the 3rd floor fyi. "The hostel is just off Khaosan Road so very close to bars etc. it's also easy to get on the public transport from there. The bed was comfy and the Aircon was really powerful. The staff were very polite and helpful. As a slight downside, the property is a bit dated and the communal areas could be cleaner however, you get what you pay for. Personally, I think the hostel is great value for money. "
