"The staff are simply amazing "

"Walking distance to ski slopes which is great unless the chairlifts are closed and you can’t ski across. No Ubers and it was a pain to get the shuttle bus to Hirafu where everything is (only 1 per hour). There was only a pizza shop and restaurant next door and a cafe down the road so a quiet village. "Room was very clean, Staff super friendly and helpful, facilities useful and location close to shuttle and resort"
